We would like to introduce a case study of "Magnet Rolls" handled by Power Supply Technology Co., Ltd. The issue we are presenting this time is the concern that "supply problems are occurring due to the decrease in magnet roll production manufacturers." To address the increase in EOL (end of life) associated with the decrease in production manufacturers, it is necessary to reproduce the magnetic characteristics (magnetic waveform) of other manufacturers. Therefore, by using PST's unique method of individual piece molding and individual magnetization control technology, we were able to reproduce the magnetic waveform of existing manufacturers and contribute to solving the supply problem. We would like to introduce a case study of the "Magnet Roll" handled by Power Supply Technology Co., Ltd. The issue we are presenting this time is the need to "achieve strict energy-saving goals for the multifunction printer." To achieve energy savings, it is necessary to reduce the rotation torque on the developing machine side, and magnetic characteristics (magnetic waveforms) that can reduce the load are essential for this reduction. Therefore, by utilizing PST's unique method of individual piece molding and individual magnetization control technology, we realized a magnetic waveform suitable for energy saving, contributing to the achievement of our customer's goals. Furthermore, this also contributed to an extended lifespan due to the reduced load.
